Human Resources are unquestionably the most valuable assets of any organization. Organizations are currently confronted with significant challenges in dealing with diverse human resources. Organizations are experimenting with various strategies to deal with individuals.  Abstract

Neuromarketing could be a reasonably modern teach that combines behavioural brain research, financial matters and customer neuroscience. The impact that certain reputation campaigns, brands and items have upon us, from a cognitive and passionate point of see, is being surveyed, by measuring the consideration, the encoding and the passionate engagement. This article has examined the writing with respect to the neuromarketing apparatuses, strategies and particular strategies. Neuromarketing is the embryonic field of marketing science. In spite of being questionable, it remains the foremost promising field to think about veritable consumers reactions before the promoting jolts such as sound, brand and so forward. Hence, neuromarketing points to consider the important portion within the human named as ‘brain’ which is influenced by promoting encouragement. Primary data was collected from 200 samples from Ernakulam District. Descriptive statistics were used to describe and summarize the properties of the mass of data collected from the respondents. the methodology adopted in the research comprises of primary and secondary data and their systematic analysis. Cross tabulation, chai square test and Kruskal Wallis Test are used for data analysis.

 Abstract

The term “digital gold” refers to a virtual way of investing in the golden metal. An option to purchase actual gold is to do so digitally. Digital gold is a new-age way of buying the yellow metal without the need for physical gold. One can purchase gold online, and an equivalent amount of that is kept as physical gold in an insured vault. The minimum amount one can buy is as low as one rupee. This study focuses on securing gold without any physical form. The study shows how current technologies can be applied to invest in E-Gold and to raise awareness of human error and E-Gold among the public. The study illustrates how various classes of people are encouraged to save and spend their small savings. As people are hesitant to visit jewellery stores and gold dealers, being able to procure gold online has become a perfect solution for many investors. Primarily, there are three main companies that are offering digital gold in India: Augmont Gold Ltd., MMTC-PAMP India, and Digital Gold India Pvt. Ltd. The way gold is purchased and sold today has been transformed by digital gold. The study goes on to discuss the role of digital gold in people’s lives and to study the recent boom in digital gold.  Abstract

Partnership is the relation between the persons who have agreed to share the profits of a business carried on by all or any of them acting for all. Section 4 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 deals with Partnership. In this paper it is analysed that the division of profits is considered to be an essential element for the existence of healthy partnership. An empirical study about healthy business relationships is done where the responses of 120 students are collected to know about their opinion. Analysing the data it is found that there are several key factors like being aware about the rights and duties of partners, honesty & mutual trust and communication play a vital role in building healthy business partnership. It is concluded that Partnership is a good form of doing business by making partners and achieving big goals. Nowadays Partnerships are still preferred by professionals, small trading and business enterprises.

 Abstract

Financial literacy in India has given a topmost priority, the financial literacy is the money management education, and a personal financial management. Students will get to know how to generate income, savings, investment, budgeting and also to spend money after using for all of his expenses and expenditure. This study helps students to know the importance of money management and education of money, which directly or indirectly help our country to gain knowledge of spending and saving their money. The main objective of this research paper is to study about awareness of financial literacy among students in �Gopalan College of commerce�. This study is mainly to analyze the level of financial literacy among students. This research information was mainly gathered by collecting primary and secondary data with respect of 50 respondents with the help of questionnaire and has been analyzed through statistical analysis and tools.

 Abstract

Green marketing and sustainability both are very closely interlinked with each other. When man and development conflicts arises �Green Marketing� will be the best solution, here green market not only means that eco friendly product or environmental supported product, Green marketing means doingall market and its allied activities which does not affect or minimum affect to the environment in all stages of their activities. This paper is purely descriptive in nature which talks about green marketing, green market mix, opportunities and responses from different stakeholders, and impact of green marketing for sustainable development practices.

 Abstract

India is a developing economy. As developing economy India Faces several problems like, poverty, unemployment, low Per Capita income, Rapid growth rate of Population, low standard of living, Migration etc. The government of India is not in position to solve all the problems immediately and not able to create basic infrastructure for the growing population. The Gig Economy plays a very vital role in extending the employment opportunity in India. The Gig work platform is one of the supportive systems and programs for the development of Growth of the Indian economy. The gig workforce was already popular before the pandemic, but since the covid outbreak, many individuals who lost their normal employment have turned to gig workers, and they are finding an excellent opportunity to increase their Per Capita income over a period of time. Many business units are turning their workforce from full time work to gig work. This allows them to hire a more talented workforce for a short period of time who works effectively and finishes their work in targeted hours. This gig workforce is benefitted to business units as well as individuals to increase their income to meet the expenses. Companies that provide gig jobs are expanding in India, and they are assisting a large number of people who are looking for work.
