Industrial estates provide organizational set-up in which small scale industries, tiny enterprises, women enterprises, ancillary units export oriented units and small service business establishments develop and flourish. This concept is useful not only for achieving industrial distribution, but also for backward regions, rural areas and decentralization of industries in semi-urban areas. It may be noted that industrial estates play an important role in achieving rapid regional balance and social progress particularly in developing countries like India. Virtualization refers to a concept in which access to a single underlying piece of hardware, like a server, is coordinated so that multiple guest operating systems can share that single piece of hardware, with no guest operating system being aware that it is actually sharing anything at all. The Social networking sites (SNS) have permeated our daily lives. As social media usage with mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet devices increases, it has gained attention to communicate in emergency situations such as natural disasters. Moreover, many researchers consider Social networking sites as promising tools for gathering information to find the solutions of contemporary issues. This is attributed to social media characteristics such as the immediate and extensive dissemination of information. Therefore, various studies continue, for example, those that analyze posts on micro blogging sites after major disasters or that develop applications for utilizing Twitter Another characteristic of Social networking sites are to share information via social feedback such as through retreating and pressing the like button (liking) easily. When users who view, original posts share this information with others not connected to the original user, the posts are immediately and widely disseminated. However, sharing information is not always useful in emergency situations. Sharing incorrect or inappropriate information interferes with the distribution of useful information regarding responses to emergency situations. To utilize social media, it is important to explore the information sharing behavior of students/ scholars in detail.

Religious dogmatism has been handled in a poetic vein by Ananthamurthy in Samskara. The fault lines have been shown through conflicts of and in human relationship. Religion is at fault when it becomes deductive. This deductivism has its advocates and critics in this novel. The present paper attempts to bring to fore both these aspects of Hinduism through its study of the protagonist in this novel. Praneshacharya dares tradition. He shatters formula. Through him, Ananthamurthy sets about diagnosing and treating the age-old beliefs that more damage than build. Via Praneshacharya's voice, Ananthamurthy calls for the much-needed change in the customs and beliefs that are to him and his mouthpiece protagonist nothing more than meaningless pageantry.

The e-Commerce industry in India is growing at a remarkable pace due to high penetration of internet and sophisticated electronic devices. However, the recent growth rate of e-Commerce in India is far lagging behind than other developed countries. There are many big problems and challenges faced by an e-commerce industry. Factors like safety and security of online money transaction being the biggest problem along with others, have curb the smooth expansion of the online industry in the country India’s retail market is estimated to be worth $600 billion. Today, ecommerce comprises only 5% of the total. Compare that to the 15% stake ecommerce has in the US market, and it becomes clear there’s still plenty of room for growth. Despite efforts like ‘Digital India’, affordability of smartphones and data packages, vast sections of India’s population have yet to come online. India’s total internet user base is set to grow from 665 million in 2015 to 829 million by 2020. So, the inherent potential of the market is undeniable. And, yet, ecommerce remains highly underpenetrated with only 50 million online shoppers, of whom only 20 million are active monthly purchasers. This gap is indicative of the need to tackle a concern if India is to maintain its role as a global ecommerce lynchpin. For this, the corporate sector must join hands with GoI to ensure that transitions occur seamlessly and with minimal disruption. To that end, a holistic ecommerce framework needs to be established, one that incorporates best governance practices while catering to the unique needs of this vast new consumer base. Arobust physical and digital infrastructure must be implemented, one capable of handling the immense load placed upon it daily. .

Actually, sexual harassment at workplace has become very prevalent in the present global scenario as a behavior which is often unwelcoming and sexual in nature. Today, most of the scholars agree with the fact that the issue of sexual harassment is not confined to one place rather than a worldwide phenomenon. In the present social scenario many atrocities against women are very common in both developed as well as developing nations. Therefore, this problem has negative effects not only on the human resources as well as on the output of the workplace. Moreover, sexual harassment at workplace affects both men and women but women are the most affected out of the two. Women being the vulnerable gender are often subjected to intense mental pressure as well. We cannot deny the fact that sexual harassment definitely leads to a negative work environment. That is why; this issue has been highlighted often by many scholars and social activists from time to time at the global level. Keeping the seriousness of the problem, the Indian parliament passed the Sexual Harassment Act in 2013 and it was based on the Vishakha Guidelines. The present research paper makes a review of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act, 2013.
