The study aims to convey that Triple Talaq is not to be considered as a criminal offence, rather a civil offence. Triple Talaq is a form of divorce practiced in Muslim community in which instant divorce is granted when the male pronounces the word talaq three times. This article includes the way of Talaq in different countries across Asia and also highlights the take of Quran in this issue where it becomes evident that Triple Talaq is something which is nowhere a part of Muslim Shariyat. Article also mentionsfew movies and documentaries where Triple Talaq becomes a subject. Moreover, the famous ShayaraBano case and the supreme court verdict regarding the same is also included in the article. The study concluded that Triple Talaq should not be considered as a criminal offence

Modern Islamic banking is just about five decades old, but in almost every part of the world, it has gained enormous interest. Today, Islamic banking has been one of the world's fastest growing banking and capital markets segments. Spreads have increased in the last ten years, especially following the global financial crisis of the previous decade, mainly because Islamic banks have been found to be more resilient and less vulnerable to crises. The need to attract investment from the Middle East and Gulf countries, in addition to demand from the Muslim community, is another reason for its growth. Right from the industrialized western world like the United Kingdom to the Asian giants like Japan and China, Islamic banking has found its way. The paper aims to emphasize the Islamic banking needs to be accommodated by India too. If India attempted to shy away from Islamic banking, massive potential investments will be forfeited. The paper highlights the advantages of the introduction of Islamic banking in India and discusses the problems that Islamic banking still faces in India.

Ferns are considered as the least explored and neglected plant group, even though they are the second largest community of vascular plants. Compared to flowering plants, they had not yet received much attention on the aspects of phytochemistry and antimicrobial studies. The present study aims at evaluating the phytochemical and antibacterial efficacy of different solvent extracts of Tectaria coadunata C. Chr and Tectaria wightii Ching. Plant parts like fronds and rhizome are extracted by hot solvent extraction method with soxhlet apparatus using petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, methanol and water. Preliminary phytochemical screening revealed the presence of various secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, cardioglycosides, phenolics, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, steroids, quinones, flavonoids and glycosides. Extracts are subjected to antimicrobial assay against six pathogenic bacterial strains such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes and Xanthomonas campestris. Ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of fronds and rhizome showed significant antibacterial activity against the strains tested. Extracts of fronds showed higher effects rather than the extracts of rhizome. While comparing both species, T. wightii has more potential antibacterial effect than T. coadunata. The present study is an attempt to make some advancement in this direction and will give impulsion for further research on phytochemical evaluation and bioactive compound isolation of the fern species.

In the contemporary world there are many tribal groups which are located in remote and inaccessible terrains and are still attached to their traditional ways of life. Their strong association with their culture does not mean that there is no change in their culture or they have no culture contact with other tribal groups inhabiting in their surrounding areas and outside world. Balti is one such tribe of Ladakh which is distinct from other tribal groups in terms of their art, culture, literature, language, dress pattern, eating habits, etc. Historically, geographically and ethnically Balti tribe belongs to Baltistan, which is presently under illegal occupation of Pakistan. At different intervals of history, Baltis have been encountered by people having different set of belief systems, linguistic and cultural groups under different rulers which resulted into changes in their art, culture, language and other aspects of life. The partition of erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir during Indo-Pak war of 1947-48 led to division of Baltis across Line of Control. Because of this division majority of Baltis left in Baltistan and few villages left in Ladakh. Baltis being outnumbered in Ladakh represents complex network of intercultural interactions with other tribal groups that further led to changes in their socio-culture lives. Additionally, the cultural contact of Baltis with outside world through tourism in Ladakh and migration of Baltis out of Ladakh due to several reasons accelerated the process of culture change. Only recently the Balti cultural and linguistic experts have become conscious of their losing rich cultural heritage and negotiating their cultural identity in relation to the accelerating processes of inter-cultural interactions with other tribes and outside world. Therefore, the present paper aims at studying culture change among Balti tribe of Ladakh. It also examines the process of identity construction among Baltis of Ladakh as a result of culture change.

The way we live and earn a living has changed as a result of globalization. As a result, trade and travel have been identified as important factors of disease dissemination. Furthermore, global connection has been helped by the development in urbanization and the tighter integration of the world economy. As a result, globalization has emerged as a critical disease transmission mechanism. The goal of this article is to look at the influence of COVID-19 on globalization and global health in terms of mobility, trade, travel, and the nations that will be most affected. The causal links between globalization and the changing international order are traced in this essay It revisits some of globalization's assumptions and promises, arguing that the developments point to the breakdown of the liberal international order on which the world had been built for decades. The final section considers the future of global government. This article explains the origins and distinguishing characteristics of India's development policies and vision, arguing that in a post-Covid world, these policies and vision may offer a compelling alternative to the US-led development paradigm for many developing countries.

Concrete without reinforcement is brittle which is intensified in high strength concrete. Fibers have been utilized to improve the tensile and bending performance of concrete. Fibers primarily control the propagation of cracks and limit the crack width.Carbon fiber reinforced concretes are reliable structural materials with superior performance characteristics compared to conventional concrete. The addition of carbon fiber in concrete has been found to improve several properties, primarily cracking resistance, ductility and fatigue life. In the present study durability properties of high strength concrete (M30) reinforced with different volume fractions of carbon fiber under sulphate attack using Na2SO4 & MgSO4 solutions were investigated. The volume fraction of fiber taken are 0.0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5% and 0.6%. Fiber volume fraction was the most prominent factor.

Vehicle is the main constituent of the transportation system.
