3. Identity Proof of corresponding author only(scanned copy) (election Card/PAN Card/College Identity card/Driving License)
4. Payment Proof (Scan copy/Screen shot of your payment) also mentions Paid amount, Transaction ID, and Date of Payment in the mail.
