 Abstract

English has long held the title of the most widely spoken and "International" language, but the rise of social media has seen Hindi gaining global significance. With over 558 million native Hindi speakers worldwide, and more than 600 universities offering Hindi courses, this language is on a constant upward trajectory. Social media plays a pivotal role in this transformation by fostering communication and integration, leading major platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to incorporate Hindi. As a result, Hindi is capturing the attention of national and international audiences, all thanks to the surge in social media usage The ascent of the Hindi language in contemporary India is inextricably linked with the pervasive influence of social media platforms. This abstract explores how social media has significantly contributed to the enhancement of Hindi's prominence. This article delves into the accessibility, outreach, and connectivity facilitated by social media, highlighting examples across various sectors that showcase the growing influence of the Hindi language in the digital age.

 Abstract

A trend towards relying more and more on online cloud computing and storage services has emerged as information technology has developed. There is no getting around the fact that interest in cloud computing has skyrocketed recently. Numerous organisations use this technology as the foundation of their information technology infrastructure. Through the use of cloud computing, data processing efficiency is improved across a range of online computer and storage systems. Provisioning is a crucial step in the process of transferring assets from cloud service providers to cloud virtualization users. The cloud service provider must build an appropriate number of virtual machines and make enough resources available in order to meet the needs of its customers. These difficulties include setting up virtual machines (VMs) correctly and dealing with technological limitations like disc space, processing speed, memory, and network throughput. The scalability of virtual machines, the configuration of cloud systems, and other aspects of the deployment of virtualization might present some challenges.

 Abstract

Service Based Organizations in today�s competitive business scenario needs the active contribution and participation of employees towards accomplishment of organizational goals and long term sustainability in the market. This demands enhanced customer satisfaction where the active role of internal customers, the employees are important . Hospitality industry is considered to be a booming industry where internal customer satisfaction and effective job performance plays a crucial role. This study gives insight towards the various components of Job Design and employees� perception towards the same as it is one of the vital components of their productivity. Study is confined to few star hotels in Chennai and data are collected from the internal customers, the employees. Sample size is confined to 240 and the sampling method adopted is simple random sampling .Happy employees are not only productive but also strive hard in imparting excellent services and therefore need to be motivated through various influencing factors .
